About (Biography)
Thank you for stopping in. Let me introduce myself, I'm Mr. Balcom. I was born and raised in Kearney Nebraska where I graduated from Kearney High School. After graduation I attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney for two years, before transferring to Lincoln. In December of 2003 I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis is the Social Sciences from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. Post graduation, I substitute taught in the Lincoln Public School District.
My wife and I have two amazing boys (2.5 y/o and 5 y/o). We are the luckiest parents in the world!
I love teaching fourth grade and am enjoying my fifth year at Starr Elementary School and hope for many more to come!
